We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the address to which to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs.
Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your item, which must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase, and you'll have to pay the return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
